It was wonderful to see so many parents, staff, current pupils and recent alumnae at the annual Awards Evening on Friday 10th November. The evening began, as has become tradition, with the leavers from last year gathering for drinks, canapés and a very excitable (and loud) catch up. The school foyer was transformed into a balloon-clad party venue for a short while as everyone shared stories of summer holidays and their first few weeks of university.

Reunion Lunch 2019 – Come and join us for a delicious lunch and catch up with friends, staff, former staff and friends of the School.

On Monday 6 November the U14 and U16 teams travelled to Oundle for the County Schools Netball tournament.

Year 5 enjoyed three days of activities at Grafham Water Centre in Cambridgeshire.

Twenty-eight Sixth Form girls headed to the heart of our democracy aiming to learn more about how our political system works and also to offer their services to Mrs May in the Brexit negotiations.

We were treated to the Senior Drama Company’s production of The Winter’s Tale. The Company is now in its tenth glorious year and to celebrate this, we welcomed a director in residence, James Gillam to work with the actors.

On Saturday we celebrated 25 years since the School has been at Hardingstone. The new school was opened by the Queen on 15 October 1992.

Northampton High School pupil Shefali has spent the week in parliament for her work experience placement.
