Northampton High School opens up a world of endless possibilities and our extensive programme of residential trips is designed to expand horizons and foster a spirit of adventure. Every year the Lower Fourths (Year 8) spend a week in Normandy and in Year 9 the Upper Fourths have the opportunity to visit Cologne and sample the Christmas markets.  Girls can also have the chance to go on a ski trip, which could be in Europe or America.

In the Lower Fifth pupils can spend a week in the summer term at Outward Bound in the Lake District and may also have the opportunity to visit Berlin while Sixth Formers have travelled to Barcelona, Iceland, Paris, Florence and Cern. Even further afield, girls have been on a Sports Tour to Singaore and Malaysia; can take part in the World Challenge; previous adventures have taken them to Venezuela and Peru, Tanazania and Kenya, Costa Rica, China and in 2015 they are heading to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands.
